Yeah, it's common for these brokers and research analysts/advisors to place disclaimers on their work. I don't think i have ever come across a research report without a disclaimer.
Morningstar has a disclaimer also.
I actually place a disclaimer on all my posts too.
It's a fair point though, there are no guarantees. Each individual invests based on their own research and own risk profile.
