I think it is pretty rare to find completely independent commentary in any sphere of research/study. That is precisely the reason that the disclaimer and the disclosure is printed on the document (and on your profile for that matter) - to let the reader know of any potential conflict of interest.

Just because a disclaimer exists, does not mean the document is not valuable.

In this case, the author of the document and the company (Auctus Advisors) still have their names printed on the document, and therefore still carry a degree of professional accountability among their peers.

Disclaimers and disclosures are everywhere (you might even find another one at the bottom of this comment).
The point is that you just need to be able to consider the value of the provided information within the context of the disclaimer, and hence assess whether you agree with the information or not.
