I don't think they said they will not achieve production above 4,000 barrels a day.?
My understand is that CE1 stated that its target is 4000 barrels a day. Meaning that they have set this target as an objective goal to be reached.
IMO, they may have already exceeded that target with the first (P10) of three new wells which were recently drilled. The other two new holes (P11, P12) can only really add to that, not to mention the new drilling campaign which was recently announced and begins in Jan 2024.
IMO, CE1 will easily exceed a production rate of 4000 barrels per day.
