i had an absolutely terrible experience with a Citibank credit card. Went around in circles and couldnt even make a complaint. I now refuse to deal with Citigroup.
I wish the government would make it law that if you operate in Australia, you can only have a call centre in Australia and not overseas.
I'm sure there is an ombudsmen you can contact. Depending upon the sector you are dealing with
