If the claims that a few major investors and brokers are "in the loop" can be substantiated than the question should be asked if this practice, by definition, is not insider trading.
If information for the select few is withheld from the remainder of shareholders, than surely the ASX should be informed and asked for an opinion and possibly action.
It's becoming very clear to me that a formal meeting with the Board ASAP is essential.
How can this be initiated?
