A trading halt is for a reason per the asx listing rules, have a look and learn.
In the event, there is no provision for a trading halt because "....one holder wet their pants and wants to be protected from themself..."
Your type cannot have it both ways:
"...oh no strike me pink the big boys got them at 5c, unfair, why cant we get at 5 cents"
then 2 weeks later on no news:
"...this is outrageous the price is 4.5c a share.....we are been decimated......have a trading halt to protect MEEEEEEEE....."
