    Announcement of a contract for 2000 units deliverable by Dec 2015,
    easy installation rules
    certification of hot water/gen unit
    drop in price to retail levels,
    government support for general roll-out?

    It is difficult to see what can be expected except a big dose of humble pie in terms of poor take up without something to get us punters in.
