Plan B may still be required, and I'm sure that such a plan is in place....but mutual agreement & commitment on a revised between Timeone and PLV is in place.
The bottom line is that we have a great project on the cusp of success.
As CD often (perhaps too often) says "patienta"...whatever that means :-)
