Parmaspalt your are entitled to your opinion - I am sorry the chart shows the current S/P at 22c I don't believe its at that price because of my hot copper posting.

I stand by the statement that the market is pricing in considerable doubt that the $17m will arrive on time.

If it was a mere formality the S/P wouldn't be where it is ( IMO ) the other stock I mentioned has relevance in as much as a deal was done , shareholders voted and then they reneged. It happened there it could happen here.

Hopefully that situation does not play out with timeone.
