I did ask them here in hotcopper but I thought again and reconsider my position.
The reason for their resignation is that they did not believe that they have enough support from the shareholders. not all top 20 investors are with the chairman and you can see that from voting results in AGM. but they too understand that there is not enough support to help their cause if SGM is called. I believe they too are waiting to see if this campaign wins enough support.

With this campaign we are trying to send a message to them that we small shareholders, support them. we support the company and their employees before they all resign as hope is fading very quickly.
small share holders hold 29% of the shares or 392M. we need everyone to help to beat the big guy. it feels like an uphill battle. but so far we have collected 5% of the small holders from this campaign. we still have a long way to go but I am optimistic.
