    What's the proposed agenda for this Special Meeting?
    If it's to get an explanation then shouldn't you wait for ASX/ASIC to complete their work?
    If it's to oust the Chairman and his new Board, who are the proposed relacements and what do they bring to the table?
    Is there any support from the previous Directors?

    Understand your frustration but need more information.
