We might need to wait for a very long time.
Based on recent cases it takes average of 2 years for them to conclude their investigation. When it is done, if even the result is what you like, they cannot automatically issue a final verdict. Whatever they come up with will be challenged and assessed in court. The process takes a very long time. Meanwhile, the company can run out of cash or relevance. This is exactly why we need to intervene now!
