20 April 2016 ASX Market Announcements ACQUISITION UPDATE Zyber Holdings Limited (ASX: ZYB) (‘Zyber’ or the ‘Company’) wishes to advise that ASX has advised the Company today that proceeding with the transaction with Iota Security Inc (as announced to ASX on 6 April 2016), would require the Company to recomply with the new listing requirements (including preparing a full form prospectus) set out in Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules. In light of this and the associated heavy compliance costs, the Company has decided to withdraw from the existing transaction with Iota Securities Inc.
