i reckon the reason these two failed was the same reason that zyber should have failed.
it was not a functional profit generating business, it was an idea only!
these guys are shysters they aren't looking for a real business just another idea to milk more money.
hopefully the ASX is all over them and they will have to get an actual business that has and will continue to generate income for shareholders!
