H, the volume of trades in the last 2 days would render the conversation you had with Otten rather meaningless as it does suggest that something is going down. If CS continues to accumulate, then it would suggest that the jig saw is coming together albeit rather slowly. My perception is that there is a deliberate ploy to keep the share price low so that the long suffering shareholders are more willing to sell up into any strength making CS's job of delisting here simplier.
