    Unfortunately AZR have few options in this game, poor management.

    The bid won't go up - MGX has 31% stake and can block any rival bidder (or sell to them).

    Seems AZR have not got their financing right - pretty ordinary to say the least.

    MGX has all the aces in this battle.

    Just my opinion.
