Like I have repeatedly said earlier we are looking at equity not debt.That's why we feel given current scenario it will be better it comes directly to TSI than through TSN in everybodies best interest.
TSN can choose to match/sell or participate to maintain shareholding through whatever means they feel fit.
The entire Mangement is working towards the same goal. The approach may differ!
