Yes, agree, anyone getting these phone calls should first clarify who is speaking and who they are answerable to. Call back no would also be helpful (although it will probably be a contracted phone centre) I think you should also demand where they received your details from and personally I wouldn't tell them anything, (although usually can't help myself and would probably tell them what I actually thought - haven't recd any call to date)
