If you want to do something or hand it FMSUnited then write down as much as possible of the time, date, caller-id (you can get this from your Telco if you don't have it on the phone), duration of call, call content etc etc... I wonder if the caller said they had "authority to represent"... in the world of call centre outbound canvassing the legal boundaries are danced around when soliciting information from people and if the call was made from within Australian jurisdiction then the Privacy Act may well come into play, if not then it may not be enforceable.
I just find this odd as they call some and not others....reminds me of a chinese company that gets cheap phone numbers and then has a warehouse full of people making sporadic calls on behalf of Microsoft.
