I don't think Todd was soliciting either, encouraging and trying to convince? Probably, but then so is FMS United and they don't represent the majority of shareholders or eligible votes.
Todd are seeking a commercial advantage from their approach, FMS United is also seeking a commercial advantage for its (loosely defined) members and both are engaging the shareholder community to win their vote. The subtle difference is the means of engagement.
My preference is the NO vote prevails but watching the cut and thrust up to the cut-off point for voting is interesting.
