In my opinion the short term outlook is to acquire small amounts of funding in order to create equity. I'm sure Marcus is well aware of this and has been doing everything in his power to move it along.
The current $5mil retail cap raise will allow the company to start early plant works. These works will inevitably be followed by NAIF to the tune of $80-90million and would allow the ordering of autoclaves / the fabrication of other plant items. NAIF funding could also be used to start a small mining town on the land that was recently acquired, thus creating more equity.
As I've stated many times before, in my opinion NAIF will deemed as funding by SK, who, if they still wish, could sign the long form off take.
There are so many pieces to this puzzle. They are all laid out in the table, and they are being put together in order to see the bigger picture. There needs to be only one catalyst to make a series of chain reactions. Once the catalyst has began, it will all happen extremely quickly. Unfortunately, until then, all we can do is wait.
