Yes I got a call. I see it as the BOD trying to gauge the strength of SH support. Of course there was nothing the rep could offer me in the way of information
The way I see it if the SH don't take up all or a large portion of the offering , Pattos ( the underwriters) will scoop up the rest at a pittance and again skim the cream of the top. If the BOD are to do the right thing by the SH they wont release good news until post quotaion of shares, thereby maximising increases to SH alotment of shares. If Pattos take up a large portion the BOD should release good news early so as to minimise dilution.
If theres no good news Ill regret coughing up another 15k.
