Excellent - this represents progress then. I've been involved with 2 projects going through EPBC and it isn't especially scary if you know what you are doing.
Also they were negotiating bi-lateral agreements with the State which would mean that assessment under the State process gave an automatic tick under EPBC. However, I am not sure how far that got - I've not been close to the process for a few years.
