Yeah, I think the first indicator will be the "SOLD" sign.
i.e. Investors and home buyers snapping up all the cheapie houses around the neighbourhood.
Everyone who buys a house wants to also buy stuff to put in it.
When house prices increase, the increased capital is used to buy buy buy!
Meaning: we are back to where we started from.
Well - maybe??? Kind of hard to say for sure.
