PVF - i also held GDO and felt quiet sour when we got sold out by directors.
I think the difference between MAD and GDO is that directors are holding a larger portion of the company in MAD. this would cause the interests of the principals to be aligned with agents.
hopefully directors do this company and its resources justice.
