To a certain extend I agree with this statement. The tri partite deal has to be formally closed out by NLC as part of good business practice.The real question is if NLC still believe to have skin in the game going forward in some shape of form. In any case ECT is a free agent (or lone wolf in the dessert) in regards to all Coldry Matmor and Hydromor commercialisation going forward. I think the shareprice already absorbed this 'news'.
With Glenn's gesture last week I can only HOPE that his faith is based on a number of real opportunities in the pipeline, particulary in the context and utilisation of the India office as no matter how you spin this the India office was directly linked to the Tri Partitie Agreement.
I think ECT needs to communicate cutting India related losses soon (close India office) OR present alternate stratagy in India to the market soon.
