Based on historical performance and outstanding management, this blue chip can garner a PE of 13-14-15 easy in a stable economy. So its worth a heck of a lot more than 21-22 bucks from an invesmtment standpoint
At PE 14 its worth circa 28bucks on circa 200cps earnings, in other words circa 33% upside. And thats BIG for a blue-chip to be undervalued by that much!
