Looks like amateur hour from PVL, not even sure they have an updated share register , many of us with decent sized positions have not been approached. They (and friends) only have this week to buy stock , then Easter. Garner/Gittleson have multiple irons in the fire, but obviously can't ink any deals until this vote is out of the way
