A large 105 million shares has traded at 1 cent cash since Gennadi's disasterous vote failed catastrophically, so 10% of the company has changed hands , so anything could be possible at the next vote. But at least 20 million of that has been bought by Garner/Gill/friends , PVL hasn't bought a thing and PVL fee lovers have maybe bought 6 million shares? , rest looks like COMSEC churn, so looks like a shoe in for Garner? By my numbers today is the last day to buy the vote ( no on-line voting this time) before Easter etc , they need to buy at least another 10 million shares to offset Garner/Gill/friends to have any chance in my view, the liquidity is there if they want to play that game
