Good point. I also think that many of the existing SH are not convinced by their alternative visions proposed in these hostile takeovers. PVL haven't shared anything by way of how the business will run - I still find their strategy bizarre and cynical. Gennadi was just acting vindictively because they cancelled his lucrative "consulting" gig under Diamond's reign and he saw an opportunity to get revenge - his incoherent speech at end of last AGM pretty much summed up his campaign (clueless). However, there are still many SH who are "bemused" (to avoid falling foul of HC terms and conditions with strong language!) with some of the previous decisions of existing BOD - and that is fair.
I am really hoping (a) current BOD stay on board (pun intended) and (b) current BOD lift their game and get working on bringing a new drug to market where the economics work.
