There still is an angry mob of investors, but they are angry at Moses/Diamond/Peters/Gennadi who got us here in the first place with the revolting phase 1 trial , not Garner , who did what he could without blowing up the company very very late in the day. Anyways we've all said this many times
Seems there were a lot of people expecting PVL to at least try and buy a few more shares, given the vote seems so strongly for Garner, but that buying has never turned up ,and now PER looks heavy. Plus we can expect PVL to right size its position once it loses the vote , and a new drug is still sometime off, so PER maybe heavy for the next few months
