From the liittle bit of digging i have done into PVL i did notice they do have a group of syndicated investors
With ref to the timing being a little fishy could it be possible this group of syndicated invesors have been buying up on behalf of PVL
Thus PVL avoiding the change in sub notices and now being so close they the buyers have now parcelled their holdings as a collective and transfered them over to PVL
This would have kept them PVL under the radar so to speak and this late transfer leaves the existing board wide open and unable to counter

Who knows just the way my mind works as i say WHY NOW in my experience always a reason for these things

suppose we will find out soon enough

If the current board are voted out on the 24th . What's stopping them countering it with another vote?
