G'day drh6025,It sounds similar to what happened to me the other day, not with MST though, I am done buying anymore of them, but I tried to purchase some Silex shares last Friday when the market dropped, I made a limit bid of $5, the shares were showing on the sell side down to the low $4.30 mark but there were only a few and it was the same up to about the $475 odd mark, I assume they were placed by the bot?
Anyway someone in their wisdom decided that my bid was too far out of the market,my thinking was that the ammount I wanted would swallow up all of those low bids and I would end up with an average buy price of somewhere near say $4.85, but in essence they just wanted me to make an "at market bid" but that can have it's own problems, so in future I will place my limit bid at the lower end and just keep adjusting my buy price on the way up, they can't say I was out of the market price that way, there is always another way of skinning a cat!
