maxw, power to you in your fight against market manipulation but what gets my goat is your massive blind spot as to who created the perfect environment for shorters to wreak havoc on the share price...your messiah WM!

if WM has tempered expectations pre JORC the company would not have been so vulnerable at the announcement and you wouldn't have seen a mass exodus of CDU shareholders like myself...the JORC was laughably bad, that's why so many got margin calls a couple of years back, not unseen forces or "X-men" trying to takeover on the sly.

they also do a share buyback during a GFC when cash is scarce as hen's teeth and that cash will be needed for mining, oh boy.

again he kicks an own goal last week, writes an amateur letter and releases it to the ASX and the cherry on the cake is saying he wouldn't want to produce when the copper price is $3/lb anyway! way to give shareholders confidence he is fair dinkum about mining this ASAP, and can mine it cheaply! is it profitable at these prices because the going is still pretty good?

He has already paid out (years ago) on brokers and local institutions, now those chickens come home to roost because the share register is so skewiff with a couple of big gorillas who have far more influence than the 6000 small shareholders, and few brokers want to touch the stock.

I don't get the blind faith.
