Two or three years late (NOT all Bligh's fault, CDU were late with all sorts of submissions), crusher poorly designed (in spite of sooooo many assurances about quality control, accurate specifications etc.), short of cash:

brilliantly planned? You have no idea how it was planned, 'cos "the very naughty boy" has never told you what the plan was.

To raise money effectively they need an updated DFS. Then we could see how well planned it is.
