yes the yield matters: when is it mining and what will the cash cost be, can they make money at current prices? and how much money - if any - do they need to raise to get it to mining stage? WM says they have saved $150m already, that's great but perhaps the opportunity cost is much higher for the fact they haven't been mining during the greatest resource boom in a generation. Which looks to be tailing off.
