I will give a call next week to the guy who acknowledged my prior complaint, and ask: when will you look into the matter, the submissions by LPD target statements?
It seems they are not going to pay attention much. If any here has a friend who is a lawyer, it would be good to write in his letterhead and ask him to assist with lodging a complaint.

Or maybe, if you have a business or SMSF, we might write using the letterhead of our SMSF or business and sign the letter and attach it to our complaints. Anything to that effect that can carry more weight might be desirable.

We should put both substance and form in our complaint if possible.
