You need the sun to be shinning at a constant level throughout the day and night, which I dare say we can't physically arranged, though Ellen probably has some ideas here!!

I know, I know... they can use batteries to store surplus power generated during the day! ???? There is no surplus power produced during the day unless you install 70,000 panels (double the price) and buy batteries (double the new price and then replace every 5-10 years).
