    ANZ as Bankers and Custodians

    Custodial duties are significant..they get a tap on the shoulder by ANZ asset recovery ..no more custodial arrangment

    Then go on to argue ..ANZ have Always Owned the Stock via AMSLA

    And do not attend to their legal duties as Owners for up to 4 Yrs
