    There answer is they had a waiver 8 yrs ago for ANZ noms due to it's activities as a margin lender

    If not the above..only crystallized due charge

    If not the above ..only crystalized due to Opes insolvency

    If not the above ..there was some legal confusion

    If not the above ..there was a clerical error

    If not the above...Ok ..it was a error ..but not sufficent to invalidate our rights under a couple of Green Charges or the AMSLA ..you choose

    If not the above ..sue the reciever and he will defend ANZ with your Money
