I just want to follow that up my suggesting that others ring as well. I planned on asking a million questions and pushing till i got an aswer i was somewhat happy with within the bounds of whats allowed to be said, but once the conversation ended i realised shed been in control the whole time and i hadn't asked half of what i wanted to.

Perhaps someone more persuasive and less easily phone trampled should call next.
