I agree about Blackwood. Eni didn't have to commit to doing the survey on Blackwood until 60 days after the results of Heron south and a further year to decide if to drill or drop. They chose to do it early with a decision pending by the 4th of January. This seems to me that the results of Heron are immaterial to Blackwood otherwise they could of waited for the results without spending the 18 million on the survey.
