Wouldn't local production require a manufacturing licence?
Canada's market goes live in just months. Remember THC doesn't just aim to sell medicinal cannabis . It sells hydroponics equipment and inferstucture. It's would be a shame not to take advantage of a market that has a defined start date.
Local production is still an unknown.
