No one else has mentioned it, so I'm wondering - couldn't we just put Xu as our proxy? It seems like the most sensible option to me - he's close to the action so he knows more than we ever will, and he's a major shareholder so his incentives are aligned with ours.
The notice said that he won't be making a recommendation but that doesn't necessarily mean he won't be voting (does it?). If Beasley's story is true, he'll presumably vote for Beasley, if Beasley has actually been making trouble then he probably won't. Thoughts?
