Once again thank you @stockrock for take the time to clarify this, I'm am no statistician, I assume 270 patients will be sufficient to provide a prediction with a reasonable level of confidence, is there a possibility it could also provide a response that suggest it is still not clear based on the results that a prediction can be made? Not trying to be negative but just want to be prepared for all scenarios.
You make good point regarding Novartis, I will look into this a bit further, who knows they may as a result of this now be interested in MSB, we can only hope.
