Just wanted to say that I had a good call with Pippa & George yesterday - I would recommend you reach out to Pippa should you have any queries, she seems more than happy to discuss with shareholders.
My main takes:
- they are really passionate and enthusiastic about their product and business, Pippa is very energetic and positive - clearly knows what she is doing and has a strategy in place she intends to follow through - which gave me great comfort.
- they have already made some significant changes to future proof the business, most of which you will already know from the H1 report, but on speaking to her, it showed just how distracted the business had become in chasing everything and anything despite not being strategically aligned to their business goals (esports for example) - so bringing back to the 3 pillars makes sense. they have already had some wins from this strategy which will hopefully be released to market soon.
- interesting fact....mining projects have an 18 month pipeline to them....however the old management had not factored this in, and with all distractions had no real pipeline. they are addressing this and now have more lined up as they are focusing on strategic deals in the sector
- They made note that Convertable shares are impacting the SP, so I doubt they will be doing this again.
- There is string interest in the Swift Plus product and sales are already coming through
- In terms of the health & well being pillar they are now focused on expanding the footprint & strategy of ad sales in this area to look at local area marketing within the mix - the aim is to bring in additional revenue aligned to the overall strategy
I was genuniely pleased with the conversation, and it did give me confidence that they will turn the business around and start increasing revenues again...I gues time will tell, but i am not selling yet
