I agree completely. The company has stated that protopharma never told them anything different to indicate the trials would not be completed by the end of september, and yet the company was never asked for payment for the Ghana leg of the trial!

I believe that EMS management need to share some responsibility for getting us to the situation we find ourselves in today. It is not solely protopharma's fault.

Either way, it is what it is and im sure that going forward things will be different.

The best outcome we can hope for IMO is notification that both the Rwanda and Burkina Faso portions of the trial have been completed and that we now expect the Ghana leg to start patient recruitment in the next couple of weeks.

It would delay the trial by a month or two but that would be ok in the scheme of things, especially knowing that the Burkina Faso leg of the trial was under control.

Anyway, hopefully we hear something from the company soon.
