HI Genem, i have to gree with you on this one. I have other shares too and usually when they want to issue anything on market, in theory they got to have a market price higher than the issue price or else no one will siubscribe. If the investors feel unsafe, and they fail to get the fund the share will plunge but it will only mean financial intermeidaries will get the whole lot at a cheaper price (lower than $0.30).... overall, the directors are being push into a sitaution where they have to produce results in the next 6 months or so....
