from memory (awe takeover adi)they will set a date to wind up ade ,bpt offer date ?, and if you don't do your on market transaction the remaining shares go into suspention and you will get a chq (may take a month or two) for your parcel...
now the ade mgt have bailed its allover,not advice, but if you want your money now sell if not after 90% and if you are still in then you may have to wait a while....
