If we feel they are holding information... are their any legal options... or ASIC i dunno......bcoz the behaviour response is more about someone who is planning..... to shut down the business as suppose to capitalise on an opportunity.

I think we have a case with all the case and inquirers made and admitted by a company rep.. of BBY trust account money is returned too me is a price sensitive news.. I am thinking if is their any way to make them accountable on this mess.
